URINE COLOR IDENTIFY (URINARY) YOU

Urine or urine or urine is the liquid remaining excreted by the kidneys, which then excreted from the body through urination. excretion urine is needed to dispose of the rest of the molecules in the blood that is filtered by the kidneys and body fluids to maintain homeostasis. However, there are also some species that use urine as a means of olfactory communication. Urine is filtered in the kidneys, carried through the ureter to the bladder, eventually excreted out of the body through the urethra.

The kidneys are part of the urinary tract that serves to filter impurities from the blood and threw it along the water in the form of urine. If there pemasalahan on your kidneys, it can be detected from urine.

Andrew is not alone out there, there are still many other andri. andri-health are torn by a very deadly disease, namely heart attack. The disease can strike anyone, anytime.

TYPES OF KIDNEY DISEASE

Kidney organ located behind the stomach or abdomen. Itself shaped like a kidney bean that serves to filter wastes (especially urea) from the blood and throw it together with urine or urine.

In detail, the kidney weight varies depending on sex, age and whether or not the existence of a second complete kidney. the average adult kidney has a size of 11.5 cm, a width of about 6 cm with a thickness of 3.5 cm and weighs about 120-170 grams. Characteristic kidney shape is characterized by the so-called no openings that connect the hilar renal artery and renal vein and ureter.

The kidneys regulate the pH, mineral ion concentration, and composition of the water in the blood. The kidneys maintain the pH of the blood plasma in the range of 7.4 through the exchange of hydronium and hydroxyl ions. As a result, urine produced can be acidic at pH 5 or alkaline at a pH of 8. The level of sodium ions is controlled by a homeostatic process involving aldosterone to increase sodium ion absorption in the convoluted tubules.

WHAT IS DIABETES INSIPIDUS ?

Diabetes insipidus is a disorder in which there is a lack of antidiuretic hormone which causes excessive thirst (polidipsi) and spending large amounts of very dilute urine (polyuria). Diabetes insipidus occurs due to decreased production of antidiuretic hormone (vasopressin), the hormone that naturally prevents the formation of urine that is too much. This hormone is unique, because it is made in the hypothalamus and stored and released into the bloodstream by the posterior pituitary. Diabetes insipidus can also occur if the levels of antidiuretic hormone to normal, but the kidneys do not respond normally to the hormone (a condition called nephrogenic diabetes insipidus).

TIPS HOW TO PREVENT KIDNEY FAILURE DISEASE

Kidney failure can be caused by a number of factors, one of which could be caused by a serious illness in which the body slowly riskiIy impact on renal organ damage. disease include the following :
  • High blood pressure (Hypertension)
  • Diabetes Mellitus (Diabetes Mellitus)
  • The blockage of the urinary tract (stones, tumors, narrowing / stricture)
  • Autoimmune disorders, such as systemic lupus erythematosus
  • Suffering from cancer
  • Abnormalities of the kidneys, where it developed a lot of cysts in the kidneys itself (polycystic kidney disease)
  • Damage to the kidneys filter cells either by infection or inflammation due to the effects of high blood pressure. Medical terms is called glomerulonephritis.

RENAL FAILURE CAN BE ACUTE EVEN CHRONIC (1)

Renal failure can be acute or chronic. The loss of normal renal function in both renal failure resulted in the inability of the body maintain homeotasis fluid, electrolyte and acid-base. In case of chronic renal failure then occurs over time due to other sequelae of renal functional impairment. The symptoms due to reduced renal function are collectively called uremic syndrome.
Renal failure is due to failure of the kidneys remove from the blood metabolites collected. The result is a disturbance of electrolyte balance, acid-base and water.

ASTONISHING FACTS CAUSES KIDNEY DISEASE

Kidneys play an important role in our bodies. Not only in filtering the blood and getting rid of residual substances, kidney function also balancing levels of electrolyte levels in the body, controlling blood pressure, and stimulates the production of red blood cells.
The kidneys are located in the waist on the back, normally one on each side of the spine. These organs get their blood supply through the renal arteries directly from the aorta and send blood back to the heart via the renal veins to the vena cava. The kidneys have the ability to monitor the amount of body fluid, the concentration of electrolytes like sodium and potassium, and acid-base balance of the body.

HEMODIALYSIS

Definition
According to Price and Wilson (1995) Dialysis is a process by which solutes and water undergoes passive diffusion through a porous membrane from the liquid compartment to the other compartment. Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis are two main techniques used in dialysis. The basic principle of both techniques, namely diffusion of solutes and water from the plasma into dialysis solution in response to differences in concentration or pressure.

SIMPLE ANATOMY OF KIDNEY

Kidney is the excretion organ in vertebrates which shaped like a peanut. As part of the urinary system, kidneys serve to filter impurities (especially urea) from blood and threw it together with water in the form of urine. Branch of medicine that studies the kidney and the disease relates with kidney is called nephrology. Humans have a pair of kidneys which are located behind the stomach or abdomen. Kidney is located on the right and left of the spine, below the liver and spleen. At the top (superior) kidney is an adrenal gland (also called the suprarenal gland). The kidneys are a pair of organs of the urinary tract which are located in the upper retroperitoneal space. The shape resembles a nut with those each side typically concave facing each other. Both kidneys are situated around the vertebra T12 to L3. Right kidney usually lies slightly below the left kidney to make chamber for the heart. Most of the top of the kidneys are protected by ribs number eleventh and twelfth. Both kidneys wrapped by two layers of fat (perirenal fat and the pararenal fat) which help to cushion the shock. Heavy and large kidney varied; it depends on gender, age and presence or absence of kidney on the other side. On adults, the average kidney has a length of about 11.5 cm, a width of about 6 cm and a thickness of 3.5 cm and weighs about 120-170 grams or approximately 0.4% of body weight. [1] Kidney has a shape like a nut with grooves facing inward. Each kidney has an aperture which called hilus which connects between artery, renal vein, and urethra.

Problem in the urine means that it must be a problem occurs in the kidney, the symptoms can be identifying from the urine. The symptoms of kidney disease can be seen from the function of the kidney itself. The main function of urine is as the filter and excretion systems, to regulate acid-base in the blood, to regulate blood pressure and to stimulate the produce of red-blood cells.
